Founding Chef Collection
A possible limited-edition campaign using the existing platform, subject to participant agreements, rights approvals, production scope, and mutual approval.
The first connected retail experience is a focused beginning. This is the larger opportunity we would be excited to explore together over time.
This page is a discussion brief—not a contract, funding request, promise of results, or commitment by either company. Every future initiative would require its own approved scope, economics, responsibilities, and written agreement.

We believe our first project together could be only the beginning.
State of Stick Platform → Food & Beverage / Culinary → Chef Collections, Connected Recipes, Bottle Experiences, Seasonal Collections, Tasting Programs, Gifting, and Events. Chef Collections are one campaign format within the broader reusable platform.
Old World Olive Co. can be the first real culinary use case—not because every step below is predetermined, but because a successful starting experience creates a credible path to the next conversation.
A possible limited-edition campaign using the existing platform, subject to participant agreements, rights approvals, production scope, and mutual approval.
Selected bottles can open approved recipes, techniques, pairings, and stories through existing managed StickLink destinations.
Holiday, summer, Michigan favorites, gift sets, and limited releases can each become a distinct connected collection.
A planned capability for collecting tasting experiences and remembering favorites. A passport account, automated rewards, and dedicated participant portal are not current product features.
Physical touchpoints can support links to separately operated event discovery, registration, voting, education, and follow-up. State of Stick does not currently provide a dedicated event system.
Future approved programs could connect culinary storytelling, physical craft, artists, and chefs under campaign-specific rights, compensation, and production terms.
The right role can change by initiative. We would define it together rather than assume Old World Olive Co. should participate in every program.
If Old World Olive Co. helps create measurable growth, we are open to defining earned benefits. These are possible structures for future written agreements—not rewards granted by this page.
A referral commission could be established in a separate written agreement.
A collaboration structure could be defined around the work, contribution, and approved economics.
Preferred event pricing could be offered for a specific approved program.
Production advantages could be earned when real volume and operating economics support them.
Each stage should be justified by customer behavior, partner interest, and operating evidence.
Initial launches may use a managed workflow while dedicated culinary tools are developed. Every later collection, event, gifting program, production run, participant payment, or marketplace concept requires its own approved scope and economics.
This proposal covers Old World’s implementation only. It does not grant exclusive rights, reseller rights, channel rights, or ownership interests. Those opportunities may be explored separately by mutual agreement.
We would value Old World Olive Co.’s perspective on which ideas could matter most to the business, its customers, and the broader culinary community. If one initiative stands out, we would love to explore it together—without changing the scope of the first launch.
