Access to information and support
We want people to be able to find information, contact us, and use our services with their preferred level of support. Our design target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a target, not a claim that every page, document, video, or connected experience has been independently audited or meets every criterion.
Request help or report a barrier
Email info@stateofstick.coor call 269.425.1770. Tell us the page or task, what prevented access, and how you would prefer to receive the information. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. We will work with you on an accessible way to obtain the information or complete the inquiry.
Limits and alternatives
Access may vary across older documents, visual demonstrations, media, and third-party checkout or linked services. If one format does not work for you, request another format or human assistance. A phone-compatible marker alone does not make the destination accessible, and an AI response is not a substitute for accessible design.
Assistive pilots
Proposed assistive experiences need evaluation with intended users in the relevant setting. Success should reflect the participant's chosen support level, including human help, rather than an assumption that independence is always the preferred outcome. See our pilot evaluation framework.
